This Data Processing Agreement (DPA) applies when Oussent processes personal data on your behalf as a data processor under GDPR Article 28.
Oussent will process data only per your instructions, implement appropriate security measures including encryption and RLS, and assist with data subject requests.
Sub-processors include Supabase (EU hosting), Clerk (authentication), Stripe (billing), Resend (email), Anthropic (AI processing), PostHog (analytics), and Sentry (error monitoring).
